Produsele se pot returna în termen de 14 zile, costul transportului fiind suportat de către Dvs. Recomandăm să păstrați dovada trimiterii coletului (nr de AWB).
Rambursarea sumei se face automat, din sistem, în termen de maxim 14 zile de la data sosirii returului în showroom.

Ambalajul produsului, inclusiv cutia de încălțăminte, inserțiile și orice materiale însoțitoare, trebuie returnate în aceeași stare în care le-ați primit. No refund will be taken into consideration if the return request is not made through our return sheet. If you have lost it, please email us so we can send you a copy at shop@mihaelaglavan.ro .
In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), we have the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly.
