Produsele se pot returna în termen de 14 zile, costul transportului fiind suportat de către Dvs. Recomandăm să păstrați dovada trimiterii coletului (nr de AWB).
Rambursarea sumei se face automat, din sistem, în termen de maxim 14 zile de la data sosirii returului în showroom.

1.Condiția Produsului: Produsul tău trebuie să fie neutilizat și în aceeași stare în care l-ai primit. Orice semn de uzură sau deteriorare va face produsul neeligibil pentru returnare.
2.Condiția Ambalajului: Ca parte a angajamentului nostru față de sustenabilitatea mediului, îndemnăm clienții noștri să fie conștienți de risipa de materiale. Ambalajul produsului, inclusiv cutia de încălțăminte, inserțiile și orice materiale însoțitoare, trebuie returnate în aceeași stare în care le-ați primit. Ambalajul deteriorat sau lipsa materilelor insotitoare implica o rambursare partiala a banilorEste important să vă asigurați că produsul este ambalat în siguranță pentru a evita orice deteriorare în timpul procesului de returnare. To be eligible for a return:

Your item's shoe box must be returned in the same condition you received it. Damaged or missing packaging will result in a partial refund.It is important to ensure that the item is packaged securely to avoid any damage during the return shipping process. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item for a return based on its condition or packaging, please contact our customer support team for guidance before initiating the return.
No refund will be taken into consideration if the return request is not made through our return sheet. If you have lost it, please email us so we can send you a copy at shop@mihaelaglavan.ro .
In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), we have the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly.
